To locate a site in the area required, use the + and -  icons on the  face of the map to zoom in and out.

 

You can also search by a zip code, city or state. 

-Click on the magnifying glass icon on the top left of the screen

-enter the zip code, city or state

-click “enter”

-You can then zoom in and out by clicking on the + and – icons on the face of the map

• The Sites marked with a blue pin are independent clinic locations.

• Sites marked with a black circle are LabCorp Patient Service Centers (PSCs). (PSCs can only be used by IHSN Clients whose lab is Medtox and the donor/employee must carry in a drug testing form.  If your lab is Clinical Reference Lab, you cannot use these sites.)
