Auto Fax
Auto fax is the quickest and most efficient method to receive your test results. Autofax is a computerized faxing system that immediately faxes test results to your secure fax upon release by the
MRO. DOT clients also receive a final result report sent via
U.S. Mail.
Notify Fax
For clients who do not have a secure fax machine or want to control their inbound faxes, we offer the Notify Fax system. When the MRO releases a result for reporting, our computer system immediately faxes you a notice that you have results available. You then simply call our office when you are ready to receive the results and the result will be faxed to you while you monitor your fax machine.
DOT clients also receive a final result report sent via U.S. Mail.
Phone
Clients who do not have access to a fax machine can have their results reported by either phone or U.S. mail. When the MRO releases the result for reporting, you will receive a phone call from our office with a verbal result report. All phone reports are followed by a written result signed by the MRO, sent via U.S. Mail the same day the result is verbally reported.
U.S. Mail
Clients who do not have access to a fax machine can also have their results reported solely by U.S. Mail. When the result is released by the MRO for reporting, a written copy of the result, signed by the MRO, is mailed to you. This is the least efficient way to receive results and is not recommended for clients who are anxiously awaiting test results. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after collection for the receipt of mail only test results.
